How it works

1Photograph your gear

Dumbbells, bands, a mat, a bench or just a free corner. The more it sees, the better your workout.

2Choose your session

Pick your time (10 to 60 minutes), how hard you want to go, and tell it about any injuries or limits.

3Get your workout

See every move, tick off your sets, and use the built-in timers for planks and other timed exercises.

Built around you

Equipment first

Your plan only uses gear it can see, plus bodyweight. No gear? No problem.

Health first

Injuries and limits come first, with safety notes up front. If you have pain, dizziness or a medical condition, check with your doctor before you start.

Your health details are your choice

They are optional and only used if you agree. You can change your mind at any time in Privacy choices.

See every move

Clear illustrations and reference photos show how each exercise looks.

Premium is optional and adds up to 10 scans a day, no ads, unlimited history, targeted workouts and 7-day plans. New subscribers get a free trial.
